IRDCC's Monthly Bike & Breakfast Ride with Rae's Hope ~ Dallas bethelem Community Center

Iron Riders Dallas Cycling Club partners with Dallas Bethlehem Center and Rae's Hope Kids Cycling Club for leisure ride through the neighborhood!

IRD members arrived bright and early to inspect bicyles; including inspecting tires and air pressure, checking the brakes and other important safety features, ensuring each bicycle was safe to ride. After the inspection and work was completed, the youth received cycling safety information -- and were ready to ROLL!

IRD escorted the group of young cycling enthusiasts on a 2.7mile training ride, taking extra care to see them safely through intersections and away from traffic at all times. After the “Training Ride”, the riders returned to the gymnasium, where the children raced one another and continued to have an awesome afternoon. This activity was a wonderful educational and fun collaboration, allowing Iron Riders Dallas the opportunity to share our love of riding and bike safety with the local community. It is our desire to see the next generation of recreational cyclists blossoming at the Dallas Bethlehem Center. In the famous words on the Original Iron Riders and with the continued support from our community: “We Can, We Will…TOGETHER - ONWARD!”
